The first goal wast at the 43rd minute and what a bizzare goal it was. It came when Enrique went to clear a pass from Torres, but instead of going into the stands the ball hit Pennant and went into the back of the net. Before Newcastle can talk in the changing room Torres made it two after pass from Gerrard. Torres picked the ball up on the half-way line on 51 minutes before passing it to Gerrard who shot it pass Harper. The Magpie's did at least had one good shot Obafemi Martins' unbelievable chest and volley which hit the bar from 45 yards.It's now 25 for Torres this season, just three fewer than Michael Owen's best tally and its Liverpool's 300th Premier League win.
